Our founders Laura Krueger (pictured right) and Michelle Donson (pictured left) are longtime friends and hospitality professionals who have a combined 50 years of experience. Individually, Laura has directed several sales teams, negotiated thousands of contracts, and consistently exceeded national sales goals for such hotel chains as Wyndham, Radisson, and Starwood. Laura also owned and ran a successful restaurant and catering facility for over 10 years in New Jersey.
Michelle has created standard contracts for over hundreds of clients, directed group sales organizations for large Marriott Flagship properties in New York City , directed several sales teams with InterContinental Hotel Group, Wyndham, and Starwood, while also earning prestigious awards such as “Salesperson of the Year” twice consecutively for Wyndham Hotel Group’s national sales team. As a team, Laura and Michelle use their passion for hospitality and their industry knowledge to find creative solutions for their clients.
